Sheathed wire multi-core wire with shield and rubber

UL2464 wire description:

• Conductor uses bare soft copper or tinned soft copper stranded wire.

• Semi-rigid PVC insulation.

• Aluminum foil Mylar tape is used to isolate the core wires after they are assembled.

• Bare soft copper or tinned soft copper wire ground wire.

• The ground wire is placed between the aluminum foil Mylar tape and the braided layer (or between the aluminum foil Mylar tape and the core wire).

• Bare soft copper or tinned soft copper wire braid isolation, at least 95% coverage (or no braid isolation).

• The outer diameter of the sheath can be increased according to customer requirements.

• Rated temperature: 60 degrees, rated voltage: 300 volts.

• Can pass the UL VW-1SC vertical flame retardant test.

• Reference standards: UL 758, UL 1581

Application:

• Comply with the international electrical standard ELARS-232 and computer cables used in CAD/CAM.

FAQ

Q1: What application environments are this wire suitable for?

A1: This wire is suitable for electronic equipment, computer systems, communication equipment, etc., especially in environments where electromagnetic interference needs to be prevented.

Q2: What is the maximum operating temperature of this sheathed wire?

A2: This cable is rated at 60℃ and is suitable for applications in normal temperature environments. If the ambient temperature is higher, other cables that adapt to high temperatures can be considered.

Q3: How flame retardant is this cable?

A3: The cable has passed the UL VW-1SC vertical flame retardant test and has good flame retardant performance, suitable for environments that require fire protection.

Q4: Why is a braided isolation layer required?

A4: The braided isolation layer can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference and ensure the stability and accuracy of signal transmission, especially in high-frequency applications.

Q5: What is the service life of the cable?

A5: Under normal use conditions, this cable has a long service life, usually lasting for many years, but the specific life depends on factors such as the temperature and humidity of the installation environment.
