FAQ

Q: Why is my multi-core shielded cable not transmitting signals properly?

A: Make sure the shielding is intact, as a broken or weak shield can cause EMI interference that affects signal quality.

Q: My cable has been exposed to high temperatures; will it still work properly?

A: The cable is rated for temperatures up to 80°C. The insulation and jacket may degrade if exposed to higher temperatures, so make sure to use it within the rated temperature range.

Q: Can I use this cable in outdoor applications?

A: This cable is designed for internal wiring. For outdoor use, more rugged jacket materials and UV-resistant options are required. Always check the manufacturer's outdoor use guidelines.

Q: How can I avoid damaging the shield during installation?

A: Handle the cable carefully during installation, avoid excessive bending or pulling, and ensure that the shield is not squeezed or scratched.
