Custom Low Voltage Computer Cable is a low-voltage data transmission cable with tinned/bare copper conductor, PP insulation, aluminum foil Mylar shield, PVC sheath, suitable for RS-232, CAD/CAM and other applications, supports customization, meets UL standards, and is flame retardant at 80℃30V.

Custom Low Voltage Computer Cable is a computer cable designed for low voltage data transmission, which is widely used in electronic communications, industrial automation and computer interfaces. The cable uses tinned or bare copper stranded wire as conductor, which has good conductivity, and is equipped with aluminum foil Mylar shield and copper wire braid shield to improve anti-interference ability and ensure the stability of data transmission.



■ PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
● Tinned or bare stranded copper conductor.
● Color-coded polypropylene(PP) insulation.
● Cores cabled under aluminum mylar shield.
● Tinned or bare copper drain wire.
● Drain wire laid between aluminum mylar and braid
   (or laid between aluminum mylar and core grous).
● Tinned or bare copper wire braid shield up to 85% coverage
   (or no braid shield).
● PVC jacket, multi-pair computer and data transmission cable.
● Rated temperature:80;Rated voltage:30 volts.
● Passes UL VW-1 vertical flame test.
● Referece standard:UL Subject 758, UL1581.
